Welcome to DJ Villa – Your Premium Stay in Tema, Ghana.
To make your experience smooth and transparent, please review our policies below. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are confirmed only after full payment via our secure Stripe system.
  • Payments are processed in USD. Prices may be displayed in other currencies (GHS, EUR, GBP) for reference.
  • A booking confirmation email and PDF invoice will be sent after payment.

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: until 10:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available at an additional charge, subject to availability.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.
  • Cancellations made 14 days before check-in receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 14 days of arrival or no-shows are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Taxes & Fees

  • An 8% Rent Tax is applied to all accommodation bookings, in line with Ghana residential rental guidelines.
  • A Cleaning Fee is applied per stay and displayed during booking.

5. Guest Conduct & House Rules

  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside apartments and outside the premises.
  • Visitors are not allowed without prior approval from management.
  • Pool use is at your own risk; children must be supervised at all times.
  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect personal data (name, email, phone, booking details) only for reservation and communication purposes.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe; we do not store card details.
  • We do not share guest data with third parties.

7. Liability

  • DJ Villa is not responsible for loss of valuables not stored securely by the guest.
  • Guests assume full responsibility for personal belongings and safety during their stay.
