DJ Villa – Booking Terms & Conditions
Welcome to DJ Villa – Your Premium Stay. By booking with us, you agree to the following:
1) General
- DJ Villa is a privately owned residence in Dawhenya, Greater Accra.
- All guests must present valid ID on check-in.
- Maximum occupancy per room applies (see room description).
2) Booking & Payment
- All reservations are guaranteed by full payment via our secure online system (Stripe).
- Prices may display in GHS/EUR/GBP for convenience; all charges are processed in USD.
- In accordance with Ghana tax rules, an 8% Rent Tax applies to all stays and will be displayed during checkout.
- Group discounts and coupons are applied at our discretion and may carry usage limits or expiry.
3) Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: until 10:00 AM
- Early check-in/late check-out are subject to availability and extra charges.
4) House Rules
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- No smoking permitted inside and outside
- Pool use at your own risk; children must be supervised at all times.
5) Damage & Liability
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
- DJ Villa is not responsible for loss of valuables not placed in a secure area/safe.
