We understand plans can change.
Flexible Policy
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival → Full refund.
- Cancellations within 7 days of arrival → 50% refund.
- No-show or same-day cancellation → No refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued back to the original card via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
- Group bookings may have custom terms as provided in writing.
