2. What types of apartments are available?
We offer 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, each with:

  • A private bathroom
  • A private kitchen
  • Air conditioning
  • Access to a shared swimming pool

3. How do I make a reservation?
Bookings can be made directly on our website (dj-villa.com) with instant confirmation. Secure payments are powered by Stripe, allowing you to pay with major debit and credit cards.


4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and major debit/credit cards via Stripe. All payments are processed securely in USD, while you can view prices in GHS, EUR, or GBP for convenience.


5. Do I receive a receipt or invoice after booking?
Yes. Once your payment is confirmed, you will automatically receive:

  • A booking confirmation email
  • A PDF receipt/invoice attached to the email

6. What is the check-in and check-out time?

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 10:00 AM
    Early check-in/late check-out may be available at an extra cost, subject to availability.

7. What is your cancellation and refund policy?

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are subject to one night’s charge.
  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

8. Are group bookings allowed?
